You may not post any public comments on our website until you have created a customer account. Once connected, you will be able to write a public comment on the page of a product of which you have previously made a purchase. When you leave a comment on the site, the data entered in the comment form as well as your IP address and the user agent of your browser are collected to help us detect unwanted comments.

Additionally, an anonymized string (also called a hash) created from your email address may be sent to the Gravatar service to verify whether you are using this service. The confidentiality clauses of the Gravatar service are available by clicking here . After validation of the comment, the photo of your Gravatar profile will be publicly visible next to the comment.

Data

If you complete a form on our website, you agree to enter sensitive data such as names, addresses, contact details or other documents of yourself or third parties. We guarantee the best level of confidentiality possible, and your consent to this privacy policy is required by clicking on the “SEND” button on the form.

Cookies

We do not use non-essential cookies to ensure your privacy. In order to ensure the proper technical functioning of our website, your browsing may however use essential cookies defined by WordPress, WooCommerce and Woodmart.

If you leave a comment on our site, you will be offered to save your name, e-mail address and site in cookies. This is only for your comfort so that you don’t have to enter this information if you leave another comment later. These cookies expire after one year.

If you go to the login page, a temporary cookie will be created to determine if your browser accepts cookies. It does not contain personal data and will be deleted automatically when you close your browser.

When you log in, we will set a number of cookies to save your login details and screen preferences. The lifetime of a connection cookie is two days, that of a screen option cookie is one year. If you check “Remember me”, your login cookie will be kept for two weeks. If you log out of your account, the login cookie will be erased.

By editing or publishing a post, an additional cookie will be saved in your browser. This cookie does not include any personal data. It just shows the ID of the post you just edited. It expires after one day.

Embedded Content

We do not use any content from other websites. On the other hand, the pages or articles of this website may include locally integrated content (videos, images or other, etc.). We also use the Google Maps service to display a geographical map on our website with the location of our physical store.

Data Sharing

If you complete a form or an order on our website, a copy of the form is sent to our administration email address (mentioned in the preamble of this privacy policy). A second copy is sent to the email address of the client mentioned in the form.

Additionally, if you request a password reset, your IP address will be included in the reset email. Visitor comments may be checked through an automated spam detection service.

Data Conversation

We keep the data for a maximum period of 3 years in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (EU 2016/679).

If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This automatically recognizes and approves subsequent comments instead of leaving them in the moderation queue.

For accounts that register on our site (if applicable), we also store the personal data listed in their profile. All accounts can see, modify or delete their personal information at any time (except their identifier). Site managers can also view and edit this information.

Data Localization

Your data is hosted at Digital Ocean through the Cloudways interface and through Jeriss Cloud Center.
