Terms and conditions
These general conditions of sale or provision of services apply, without restriction or reservation, to all the products and/or services offered for sale by Drinkland (www.drinkland.be), hereinafter referred to as ” the Site”.
The fact for a natural or legal person, to order on the Site implies full acceptance of these general conditions of sale. They are accessible at any time on the Site and shall prevail, where applicable, over any other version and over the Customer’s own general conditions of purchase or others.
Rates and terms of payment
The current prices are expressed in Euros and always include all taxes (including VAT). However, we reserve the right to postpone any further tax and rate increases.
You are bound by a legal payment obligation once you have validated your order on the Site. You will be automatically redirected to the online payment system selected in the order.
Complaints and Disputes
Any complaint and/or dispute by the customer against the product or service must be made, exclusively via the contact form available on the Site, no later than 48 hours from their generating event, under penalty of forfeiture.
Delivery time
Products in stock are usually delivered within 5 to 7 business days. Products on order are usually delivered within 30 working days.
Withdrawal period
The products and services are delivered as quickly as possible according to the shipping methods chosen in the order.

Disputes and applicable law
If for any reason a provision of these general conditions should be declared inapplicable, this inapplicability will not affect the application of the other provisions of the general conditions. The one deemed inapplicable is then replaced by the closest possible provision.
Neither Drinkland, nor the publisher of the Site or its host, nor the customer can be held liable for any non-performance resulting from a case of force majeure, beyond their control, including in particular, without this being exhaustive, the cases war, riot, insurrection, transport disruption, import or export problem, strike, lockout, shortage, fire, earthquake, storm, of floods.
No complaint can be made to the publisher of the Site or its host regarding disputes other than purely relating to the technical operation of the Site.
These general conditions are exclusively governed by Belgian law. In the event of a dispute, only the Courts of the judicial district of Brussels will be competent.
